The Institute of Banking & Finance (IBF) Council and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) established the Financial Network for Excellence in Training (f-NExT) initiative to meet the new challenges and address the training gaps in the financial sector. Under the f-NExT initiative, IBF will identify new and emerging needs in the financial industries, develop greater synergies between financial institutions and financial training providers.
